AI can now use Wallify

By Nicolas Lemielle, Director of DigiWall ·

Thanks to the first MCP services built into Wallify, an AI such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot can run your ERP in natural language.

✓ Business partners

Creation of prospects, customers, contacts, addresses and activities.

✓ Sales

Creation and conversion of quotes (and versions), orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes.

✓ Sending by email

Documents go out to the customer straight from the AI.

Three real situations, demonstrated with Wallify

Scenario 1 · Copilot

An incoming email becomes a qualified prospect

You receive a quote request by email from a customer you do not know. From Copilot, you simply ask: “Does this customer exist in Wallify? If not, create them as a prospect with their addresses and contacts, log an activity summarising their request and assign it to a sales rep.” The AI checks, creates the complete record and prepares the sales follow-up. Zero manual data entry.

Scenario 2 · Claude

From handwritten purchase order to sent quote

A customer sends you a purchase order written by hand. You hand it to the AI: it deciphers the handwriting, creates the customer if they do not exist yet, and intelligently finds the right items in your catalogue — even when the customer writes “rubber hammer” while your item is called “mallet”.

You then refine it in natural language: “Apply a 25% discount to the tools only” — the AI works out for itself which items are tools and which are consumables. The quote is ready in Wallify; all that is left is to ask for it to be emailed.

Scenario 3 · Claude

From technical drawing to priced quote, sent

You send the AI a technical drawing and specify: “I want to powder coat this part, my rate is €104/m². Create the quote in Wallify with the calculation breakdown.”

The AI analyses the drawing, calculates the surfaces to be coated (dished end, shell, conical bottom, legs…), generates the quote with the full calculation breakdown, then emails it to the customer — copying in whoever you like.

What do we need to set up for you?

Deployment of a Wallify AI agent on your environment (about 4 hours), integration into your preferred AI client (Claude, Copilot…), then training and support on a time-and-materials basis to suit your needs.
