Data protection
Privacy Policy
This is an informational website. It carries no form and no sign-up. It does use an analytics tool, which is activated only with your consent. The processing of personal data remains limited, and this page describes it as it actually is.
Data controller
DigiWall SRL, registered office at Rue Terne Moreau 126, 5060 Sambreville (Belgium), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0715.409.345, is the controller of the data collected through wallify.be.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
What data, for what purpose, on what legal basis
Server logs
Like any web server, ours technically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This data serves only to ensure the security and correct operation of the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an available and secure service. Log rotation is handled by our hosting provider; logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months and then deleted. They are used for no other purpose, and in particular not for visitor analytics.
Getting in touch
When you write or call us, we process the information you give us: name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures. This data is kept for as long as your enquiry is being handled, and thereafter for the duration of the business relationship if one begins.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets cookies and is activated only after you consent. On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline; declining is the default state, including if you do not answer. Until you have accepted, no measurement takes place.
You can change your choice at any time from the consent manager in the page footer, where you will also find the list of cookies set, their purpose and their retention period.
No advertising or social-network cookies are set. The fonts are served from our own server and are not fetched from any third party. Strictly technical cookies may be set when signing in to the administration area, which is reserved for our team: these are necessary for the site to work and do not require consent.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is processed by our hosting provider, OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), acting as processor, contractually bound and subject to the same protection obligations. It may also be disclosed to the authorities where the law so requires. The site’s hosting servers are located in the European Union.
If you accept analytics, the corresponding data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as processor, and may be transferred to the United States. That transfer relies on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023 concerning the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by Google’s standard contractual clauses. If you decline, no data is sent to Google.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data, under the conditions set out by the GDPR.
To exercise them, write to info@digiwall.be, or contact our data protection officer at dpo@digiwall.be or by post at GDPR Agency, Chemin du Cyclotron 6, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
Complaints
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.
Security, applicable law and updates
Technical and organisational measures are in place to prevent the loss, alteration of or unauthorised access to the data. This policy is governed by Belgian law; the French-speaking courts of the judicial district of Namur have sole jurisdiction. We may amend it at any time; only the version published online is in force.
Last updated: 29 July 2026. This policy describes how the site currently works and must be revised as soon as a form or a new third-party service is added.
