Build your Wallify

A complete base, modules you add when you need them, and a licence that never depends on the number of users. You buy it outright or pay monthly (either way, it ends up belonging to you).

Start with how you want to pay for your licence, then tick your modules: the estimate updates live, line by line, over eight years (the average lifespan of an ERP).

The base: €15,000

It covers sales, purchasing, items, customers, suppliers, customer files, CRM, counter sales, subscriptions and standard layouts. Everything else is added à la carte.

Dashboards and Peppol are not bought outright: they are recurring services, in both plans.

The options

Hosting is optional and the amount is confirmed in the quotation.

Rollout, configuration, training, accounting integration. The exact package is set after the analysis of your needs (expect €7,500 to €15,000).

Maintenance

What it covers, and what it does not

It amounts to 12% of the value of your licence. When you buy the licence, the first year is free. When you pay monthly, it is due from the first month and already included in the monthly amount shown.

Help with day-to-day use and your teams’ questions
Change requests specific to your trade
Data migrations, document templates and custom dashboards

Billed on a time-and-materials basis, at €850 a day: you only pay for what you use. Support is reachable by e-mail and on a direct phone line, given to you at installation.

The small print, in plain words

Amounts exclude VAT and indexation. Hosting is quoted from €100/month: the actual load is estimated during the preliminary study and confirmed in the quotation. Totals are calculated over eight years, the average lifespan of an ERP.

When you pay monthly, the balance of the licence is spread over 48 months plus 10% interest; at the end, the licence is yours. The licence makes you the owner of your usage licence, not of the Wallify source code (access to the source code belongs to the Sovereign plan).

Maintenance amounts to 12% of the value of the licence and covers new releases and defect fixes. It is due from the first year when you pay monthly; when you buy the licence, the first year is free. Support with day-to-day use and change requests are billed on a time-and-materials basis, at €850/day.
