The price of your licence depends on your user band, never on the exact number: add a colleague within your band and nothing changes. All of them include the complete base and the AI connector.

Your licence
It depends on your number of users.
The Pro licence: €15,000
For 6 to 20 users. It covers sales, purchasing, items, customers, suppliers, customer files, CRM, counter sales, subscriptions and standard layouts. Every module is added à la carte, and both customisation and bespoke development are possible on quotation.
Built-in AI connector included: connect your own AI subscription (currently Claude).
Dashboards and Peppol are not bought outright: they are recurring services, in both plans.
The options
Hosting is optional and the amount is confirmed in the quotation.
Rollout, configuration, training, accounting integration. The exact package is set after the analysis of your needs (expect €7,500 to €15,000).
What it covers, and what it does not
It amounts to 12% of the value of your licence and modules (for the licence alone: €960, €1,800 or €3,600 per year for Essentiel, Pro or Entreprise). When you buy the licence, the first year is free. When you pay monthly, it is due from the first month and already included in the monthly amount shown.

Billed on a time-and-materials basis, at €850 a day: you only pay for what you use. Support is reachable by e-mail and on a direct phone line, given to you at installation.
The small print, in plain words
Amounts exclude VAT and indexation. Hosting is quoted from €100/month: the actual load is estimated during the preliminary study and confirmed in the quotation. Totals are calculated over eight years, the average lifespan of an ERP.
The licence depends on your number of users: Essentiel from 1 to 5 (€8,000), Pro from 6 to 20 (€15,000), Entreprise from 21 (€30,000). The Stock and Production modules require at least the Pro licence. The Essentiel licence can be customised, but does not allow bespoke development. If you move up a band, you switch to the next licence and only pay the difference.
When you pay monthly, the balance of the licence is spread over 48 months plus 10% interest; at the end, the licence is yours. The licence makes you the owner of your usage licence, not of the Wallify source code (access to the source code belongs to the Sovereign plan).
Maintenance amounts to 12% of the value of the licence and covers new releases and defect fixes. It is due from the first year when you pay monthly; when you buy the licence, the first year is free. Support with day-to-day use and change requests are billed on a time-and-materials basis, at €850/day.
